Meet Ikos Resorts, A collection of unrivalled, all-inclusive luxury beachfront resorts, nestled across the most spectacular coastlines of Greece & Spain. Being an all-inclusive resorts, Ikos needed a simple solution for customers to leave tips during their stays. Ikos also wanted customers to allocate their tips to different teams in order to simplify onward distribution for their accounting team.
Solution
EasyTip created several groups to reflect each resorts team structure so customers can choose which team they would like to tip. Guests loved the option of tipping and particularly found the reviews section useful as many of them wanted to personally express gratitude to specific team members. Reviews collected via EasyTip increased exponentially and are being used by Ikos marketing team in business development.
