Meet HERO Experiences, UAE’s premier safari and experiences operator. Tipping was always an important aspect of Hero’s guides and other team members, but with thousands of international customers and quickly declining cash use, the Company was resorting to sending new payment links each time a customer wanted to make a tip payment.
