Meet Small Car Big City, a unique tour operator with a fleet of classic Minis for tours and experiences in central London. They noticed that cash tips were declining so Small Car Big City wanted a service to allow customers to tip the drivers while they were out on the road. It was also important for them that the tips are kept separate to the payment of the bill and go directly to the drivers themselves.

 

Solution

Small Car Big City decided to launch individual tips collection via EasyTip. Guests can tip their precise driver and all funds go directly to them. QR codes are displayed in Mini stylized baggage tags inside the cars – clever, discrete and fun. No hassle for the company, many more tips for the team and happier drivers.
