How Do I Set a Staff Member as Away?
If a staff member is temporarily unavailable, you can set them as away on the EasyTip app by following these simple steps:
1️⃣ Open the EasyTip App and navigate to the main menu.
2️⃣ Click on the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Team".
3️⃣ A new window will open displaying all Active Team Members.
4️⃣ Find the staff member you wish to set as away and click on the three dots next to their name.
5️⃣ Select "Invisible" to hide them from the QR Code.
6️⃣ To make them visible again, follow the same steps and select "Active".
