We want to make tipping as quick and secure as possible, so we do not ask for any personal information from tipping customers.

However, staff members may check their transactions on the first page after logging in at the ‘’tips’’ section and the date and time a tip was submitted may be able to help identify the client. 

Alternatively, customers can choose to leave their name in the feedback section when leaving a tip or review.
