Meet Karma Minoan, an award winning boutique hotel located in the beautiful Aegean coastline of Crete. The hotel management wanted to find a solution that would allow their guests to conveniently and discreetly leave tips for team members that assisted them during their stay.

Solution

Karma Minoan signed up to EasyTip's Team Tips solution. One QR code with the option to leave tips for various teams and departments inside the hotel. All the collected tips are then allocated based on hours worked and distributed directly to each employee's bank account via the EasyTip app.
